cPanel is the control panel where you manage your hosting account — files, databases, email, DNS, SSL and so on.
From the client area (easiest)
- Log in to your client area.
- Open My Services.
- Click Log in to cPanel on the service you want — no extra password needed.
Direct URL
Go to https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://yourdomain.com:2083. Use the cPanel username and password from your welcome email.
Lost your cPanel password
Open the service in the client area and click Reset password. A fresh password is generated and emailed to you.
Troubleshooting
- "Connection refused" — your DNS hasn't propagated yet. Use the server hostname from the welcome email instead.
- Wrong password — copy-paste it; the auto-generated ones contain symbols that look like letters.
- Blocked by firewall — your IP may be temporarily blocked after wrong attempts. Wait 15 minutes or open a ticket.
