The three places you will use
- Client area — manage your services, invoices, domains and support tickets.
- cPanel — manage files, databases, email accounts and DNS for a specific hosting account.
- Webmail — read and send email from any browser without configuring an email app.
What you should do first
- Log in to your client area and confirm your email address.
- Open cPanel from the client area (no separate password needed).
- Install WordPress or upload your existing site.
- Point your domain's nameservers to us, or wait for them to propagate if you bought the domain with the plan.
- Install a free SSL so your site loads over HTTPS.

Where to get help
Open a ticket from the client area — it stays linked to your account, so the team can see your services without you typing in details. WhatsApp and email also work, but tickets get the fastest reply.
