Cancelling a service and our refund policy

You can cancel any service from the client area. No phone call, no "are you sure" tactics.

Cancelling

  1. Client area → My Services → open the service.
  2. Click Request Cancellation.
  3. Choose Immediate (ends now) or End of billing period (ends on the next renewal date).
  4. Add a short reason if you'd like (helps us improve), then confirm.

Backup your data first

After cancellation, files, databases and email are removed. Download a backup from cPanel before requesting cancellation — see the WordPress backup article for the steps.

Changing your mind

If you cancel by mistake and the service hasn't expired yet, open a ticket — we can reverse it instantly.
