Creating a professional email account ([email protected])

An email at your own domain (e.g. [email protected]) looks more trustworthy than a Gmail address.

Create the mailbox

1. Open cPanel → Email Accounts.
2. Click Create.
3. Pick the username part (e.g. hello) and your domain.
4. Set a strong password — at least 12 characters with numbers and symbols.
5. Set a mailbox size. Unlimited is fine if your plan allows it.
6. Click Create.

You're done

The mailbox is live immediately. You can:

• Read mail in Webmail (a browser tab — no setup).
• Add it to Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or your phone — see the separate articles.

Sending a test email

Send yourself a message from your personal Gmail and reply from Webmail to confirm both directions work. If the test email lands in spam, check the article on fixing email delivery.
